After Applying Version 7.0.4.3 Bundle Patch 2 or Above the Access Server Log Shows the Error "Failed to retrieve sharedsecret" (Doc ID 567969.1)

Symptoms

After applying the version 7.0.4.3 BP02 or above bundle patch the Access Server oblog file shows errors similar to the following:

The severity of this message is misleading, as there isn't any real problem in the current deployment context.
