Symptoms

You need to see that at any instance of time there should min of 5 MDB instances ready and
listening to a external JMS Tibco queue.

You tried to set max-instances="10" min-instances="5" for the MessageDrivenBean deployment in
orion-ejb-jar.xml - but still seems to instiate only one activeBean.
