After Disabling ContentFolios the Error "UnableToPublishView,ItemPropertyView!csSchCriteriaFieldMissing2'' Occurs (Doc ID 578744.1)

Symptoms

In both production and development we disabled the ContentFolios component, and are now seeing the following error message in the log file occur every 7or so minutes, 24 hours a day:

Error 5/13/08 9:04 AM Unable to publish the schema. Unable to publish the view 'ItemPropertyView'.
The criteria field doPublish for view ItemPropertyView is missing. [ Details ]
An error has occurred. The stack trace below shows more information.
