Symptoms
When trying to transfer files from the client PC to the Application Server machine using the WebUtil function (Webutil_File_Transfer.client_to_as), the operation is failing with the error:
WUT-121 This file transfer has been forbidden by the Administrator
The WebUtil configuration file "webutil.cfg" contains:
....
transfer.appsrv.enabled=TRUE
transfer.appsrv.accessControl=TRUE
transfer.appsrv.read.1=/xx/yy
transfer.appsrv.write.1=/xx/yy
...
