WLSSSPI 9.2: Unable To Stop Server From WebLogic Admin Console: Not Authorized (Doc ID 579292.1)

Symptoms

Unable to stop a server from the WebLogic Administration Console interface. 

Message in the browser: "The user is not authorized to perform lifecycle operations on OBLIX2_mangedServer1".

The WebLogic admin log shows:

<14 avr. 2008 15:40.03.551> <Warning> <NetPointSecurityProviders> <700053> <Exception encountered when isProtected() called for the resource - Type=wl_svr,isEnabled=true, URL=/OBLIX2_managedServer1, operation=shutdown . Reason - There is no authentication scheme defined for the policy rule or domain that applies to the requested resource and operation.>

<Exception thrown by Access SDK when trying to authorize CN=wlsadmin,OU=Weblogic,OU=Applications,OU=<VALUE>,DC=<VALUE>,DC=<VALUE>,DC=<VALUE>,DC=com for the resource Type=wl_svr, isEnabled=true, URL=/OBLIX2_managedServer1, operation=shutdown.
