Symptoms

Trying to install SOA Suite 10.1.3.1 and failing at the IRCA stage.

Run IRCA to populate the SOA Suite schemas, prior to running the OUI to install the product, which returns the following error once a valid SYS password has been provided;

Integration Repository Creation Assistant (IRCA) 10.1.3.1.0

Enter database "host port serviceName" [localhost 1521 orcl]: "<host.domain> <port> <sid>"
Enter sys password:
Running IRCA for all product(s):
