OIDDAS Tabs Not Displayed If a PL/SQL Search Plug-In is Enabled

Symptoms
- OIDDAS tabs like "User Management" or "Real Management" are not displayed.
- The problem only occurs if a PL/SQL search Plug-in is enabled.
- The problem occurs for any search operation using a filter with more than 1024 character.
- The OIDDAS OC4J~OC4J_SECURITY~default_island~1 log file shows:
