No Response To Any Applications (Doc ID 601551.1)

Symptoms

Logon Manager is starting, but is not responding to any web applications or emulator templates. None of the following processes are started:

ssobho.exe , ssomozho.exe, ssomho.exe. This can be confirmed with Task Manager.

The TraceController tool shows during startup the following message, for each of the above mentioned executables:

Time: 2008-06-05T10:17:14.399Z
Process ID: 5732
Thread ID: 6404
Detail: CreateProcessA failed with error 0x00000005 "Access is denied."

Module name: C:\Program Files\Passlogix\v-GO SSO\support6.dll
