This problem can occur on any platform.
There are two BPEL process. One the e-mail sending BPEL process and the other e-mail polling BPEL process, using com.collaxa.cube.activation.mail.MailActivationAgent activation agent.
When an e-mail is sent by a standard / third party e-mail client, such as outlook email client, the e-mail polling BPEL process retrieves the email successfully.
When an e-mail is sent by the e-mail sending BPEL process, using the email 'Process Activity', the e-mail polling BPEL process gets stuck and throws out the following error in the domain.log file.
One other behavior that you will notice is that the e-mail will be deleted from the inbox though the e-mail polling BPEL process failed to read and process the e-mail successfully.
