Customer has installed a WebGate on an Apache Web Server and afterward the Apache web server will not start and gives the following error while trying to start:

C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\bin>httpd.exe
httpd.exe: Syntax error on line 493 of C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/NetPoint/WebComponent/access/oblix/apps/webgate/bin/webgate.dll into server: The specified module could not be found.

The above error shown is from a Windows installation of the WebGate against an Apache web server. The error message will look slightly different when using a UNIX/Linux based operating system. Here is what it would look like in a UNIX/Linux OS:

Cannot load /usr/local/apache/Apache2.2/NetPoint/WebComponent/access/oblix/apps/webgate/bin/ into server: The specified module could not be found.
