ActiveDataCache Exception occurs in method GetUserGroups When logging to BAM (Doc ID 604011.1)

Oracle Application Server Integration BAM - Version: 10.1.3.3
This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

BAM is installed using a Domain User Domain\UserID1, and that user is able to login to the BAM
Console after installation. Now add two more User(Domain\UserID2 and Domain\UserID3) in the BAM
Administrator. But in the Login Management you would see a Question mark at the User Logo,
clicking on that you will get the message as "This Login is not Currently known to be a Valid
Login". When trying to access the BAM Console with the these Users, the following error occurs
