Goal

Oracle provides a Web Service command line utility (Oracle Web Services Assembler - WSA) which allows you to generate client and server stubs using Oracle JAX-RPC implementation and extensions. This document walks you through the simple process of creating a proxy client from an existing Web Service using the WSA command line utility, outside of an IDE.
