Microsoft Windows (32-bit)
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)
Checked for relevance on 25-May-2010

Reports Server 10gR2

Two MS Windows machines, identical configuration: PROD and DEV
Default in-process Reports Server is used in both machines

NLS_LANG is the same in both Reports Servers

The rdf and uifont.ali files are identical in both servers, too.

DEV machine is generating the correct PDF output, while on PROD machine some fonts are cut off (chopped off) on the right side of the field in PDF output.  An identical URL is executed in both servers (both are using in-process reports server), i.e.:

DEV box output includes the correct font size, but in PROD the fonts are slightly larger.

Both PDF outputs were opened in Acrobat Reader and both are mapped as the exact same font. It was verified in

Adobe Acrobat Reader -> File Menu -> Document Properties -> Fonts
