PDF Fonts Look Different in the Output ( Format Changed) between Reports Same Version and Same Operating System (Doc ID 726656.1)

Symptoms

Reports Server 10gR2

Two MS Windows machines, identical configuration: PROD and DEV
Default in-process Reports Server is used in both machines

NLS_LANG is the same in both Reports Servers

The rdf and uifont.ali files are identical in both servers, too.

 

DEV machine is generating the correct PDF output, while on PROD machine some fonts are cut off (chopped off) on the right side of the field in PDF output.  An identical URL is executed in both servers (both are using in-process reports server), i.e.:
