TNS LOV is Empty when Using ifile that Points to a Network tnsnames.ora (Doc ID 727224.1)

Using ifile = Z:\tnsnames.ora in a local tnsnames.ora, pointing to a tnsnames.ora file on a network drive (Z:\).

Trying to create a new database connection in SQL*Developer, using TNS, does not show any available entries. The LOV is empty.

Using SQL*Plus, all works just fine.
