A resource is protected by WebGate on IIS 6. The authentication scheme is set to Basic Over LDAP. With the Change On Reset checked in the password policy, your password been reset by a system administrator, your obpasswordchangeflag attribute is now set to true.

When you try to login to the protected resource using Basic over LDAP, you do get
redirected to the change password page that has been set in the password policy. Multiple Basic Over LDAP applications on several different servers are experiencing this same issue.

If you try to login into an application that uses Form Based authentication scheme,
you will be redirected to the password change page as expected.
