Unable to Import Tables in JDeveloper When Configuring a DB Adapter (Doc ID 729450.1)

Symptoms

When using JDeveloper 10.1.3.3 to create a database adapter to poll from a SQLServer 2005 database, the Connection Wizard doesn't show any tables to import.  However, in JDeveloper, under connections, you are able to connect to SQLServer using the same user and connection info.
