Symptoms

The error "You Do Not Have Sufficient Access Rights" is displayed  accessing to  Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Identity System console while  trying to view "My Profile" .

This error occurs even if  search base and attribute access control are set correctly in Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
