This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
There is no impact seen after increasing the HTTP request header size using LimitRequestFieldsize
in the httpd.conf file.
Verified in the OHS access_log file which still shows requests with large headers are failing the
the standard 400 and 401 errors.
