Messages In Error Retransmission Queue After Hardware Issue (Doc ID 731733.1)

There are hardware issues which cause the IBM MQM product to be unresponsive on consecutive Fridays. During that time, the attached messages wound up in the error resubmission queue. MQM is back up and messages are flowing between the Interconnect adapters and the MQM clients, but these messages are still in the queue. 

What should be done with these? There are no rules set up for error handling, so should all these messages be retransmitted, or would they have gotten retransmitted automatically when the components began functioning again?
