Symptoms

Enterprise Service Bus Design Time instances ( ESB-DT ) have been configured on top of an OC4J cluster to work in cold failover mode. The cluster is a two node cluster. When the opmnctl startall command is executed on each node, both  ESB-DT instances start at the same time and remain up. 

Changes

SOASuite Enterprise Deployment guide 10.1.3.3.0  has been used to configure ESB-DT in cluster.
