Symptoms

During install of IBR10gR3UpdateBundle Component (build 2) on conversion server the following error is reported on the user interface:

Content Server Request Failed
Configuration error for request
'GET_COMPONENT_INSTALL_PROMPTS_FORM'. No dynamic HTML page.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Install IBR10gR3UpdateBundle Component (build 2) onto the conversion server using the component
manager, or component wizard.
