In general terms the dequeuing of messages by the Oracle Apps Adapter is slow compared to how fast messages are enqueued by the Oracle Applications side.  This results in slow processing downstream to ESB.

Example Use Case Setup:

+ Oracle Apps adapter in a ESB cluster, both adapters are active at the same time.
+ Payload sizes of each message are 2-4KB.
+ System works as expected when there are a low number of records ~<30.
+ Oracle Apps enqueues messages and the Apps adapter dequeues and sends downstream for processing by ESB.

Example Problem Of This Use Case:

+ When there are 50-100 messages enqueued, dequeuing slows down at about the 30th to 40th message.
+ For example 50 messages are enqueued by Apps this takes about 3 seconds, to dequeue it will then take 1 to 3 seconds per message on average to dequeue each individual message leading to a total dequeuing time of about 2 minutes.
+ The issue is that it should not be taking 1 to 3 seconds to dequeue each message, this processing should be faster.
