Symptoms
You receive an error similar to the following in your service logs when writing to a Centera volume:
ODBC Error: Error: 2601, State: 23000, Description: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'ST_CENTERA' with unique index
'ST_CENTERA_ACORDEIDVOL'..
