Symptoms

You receive an error similar to the following in your service logs when writing to a Centera volume:

ODBC Error: Error: 2601, State: 23000, Description: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'ST_CENTERA' with unique index
'ST_CENTERA_ACORDEIDVOL'..

SQL command: 'INSERT INTO ST_CENTERA(ACORDEID, VOLUMEID, CENTERAID, DELETEDATE) VALUES ('OQ!LA', 'CENTERA1', 'BJIK75P99BPHFe6RQHNSP9HI87MG413EIL8L0V0GB4PJ1TCIN38CD', {ts '2008-08-08
23:22:00.106'})'.

Failed to save object OQ!LA rc = 42053

In this example "ST_CENTERA" references the table name in the database and "OQ!LA" is the object.
