Symptoms
When using the "Filing Maintenance" interface in IPM Filer, and trying to delete batches associated with an application, or deleting an application, the interface can throw a pop-up message indicating that the deletion failed due to an ODBC error:
Selecting OK reports that the last filing was deleted but that there is still data in the application. All of the other filings are still actually there.
Closing and reopening the Filer GUI shows that the other batches are still listed, but the one that was supposed to be deleted is no longer in the list.
