Symptoms

After a Simple Folio is created, and new content is added to the Folio, saving the Folio results in the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create and save an empty Simple Folio.
2. Navigate back to the edit folio screen.
3. Add a content item to the folio.
4. Click Actions -> Save Folio. (The save will not complete and the screen will report an "undefined error".

Due to this issue, users cannot add content to a folio and save the folio.
