Symptoms

After installing the Inbound Refinery upgrade to Content Server (IBR10gR3CoreUpdate), the following conversion error message is thrown and documents do not convert when the PDF Watermarking component is used in the environment.

Error:
A web-viewable file for Content item 'xxxxxx' cannot be created. This item will need to be
resubmitted for conversion. Error evaluating filter 'storeRefineryConvertedFiles'.
xxxx/vault/~temp/dr1218824466293/null not found as file or resource.
