Sftp Configuration Causes B2b To Hang When Other Configurations Are Deployed

On 10.1.2.3 in Production:
After deploying an SFTP configuration and seeing it actively polling for messages, if a subsequent
configuration is deployed B2B hangs.
Message polling resumes only after B2B is restarted.
The following messages appear at the end of the B2B log file.
LOG FILE MESSAGES
oracle.tip.adapter.b2b.engine.Engine:shutdown Shutdown B2B server start
oracle.tip.adapter.b2b.data.MsgListener:run Thread end
Active configurations should not be interrupted by new deployments.
