Refining of a PDF Document to a Thumbnail Results in a Black Thumbnail (Doc ID 736476.1)

On Content Server 7.5.1 with PDF Converter 7.5, in production when refining certain PDF documents
into thumbnail images, using Outside In filters, a black thumbnail is produced, but clicking on
the black image does allow the content to display.

STEPS
1. Check in PDF file to content server
2. Click on the "information" icon for the content item
3. See the black square instead of the thumbnail
