Last updated on MAY 19, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle WebCenter Content - Version 10.1.3.3.2 to 10.1.3.5.0 [Release 10gR3]
Microsoft Windows (32-bit)
Checked for relevance on 03-Sep-2010

Symptoms

Installed Content Server 10g cluster environment with one Cluster Node. The File Share is a NAS.

After the Content Server was installed the <Cluster_Node>\bin\intradoc.cfg IntradocDir parameter is changed from using mapped drive letters to a UNC path.

After that change was made the Content Server service, IDC Content Service <Instance Name>, will not start.

Changes

When the file <Cluster_Node>\bin\intradoc.cfg IntradocDir is changed to use UNC path.

For example:

IntradocDir=//NAS/share/Install_Node
