On a Windows Server a Clustered Content Server Node does not Start when UNC Paths are Used (Doc ID 737136.1)

Symptoms

Installed Content Server 10g cluster environment with one Cluster Node. The File Share is a NAS.

After the Content Server was installed the <Cluster_Node>\bin\intradoc.cfg IntradocDir parameter is changed from using mapped drive letters to a UNC path.

After that change was made the Content Server service, IDC Content Service <Instance Name>, will not start.

When the file <Cluster_Node>\bin\intradoc.cfg IntradocDir is changed to use UNC path.
