Symptoms

When attempting to use the same Apache 2.0 proxy server in front of both SSO/DAS server and IIS virtual location protected with SSO.

Basically was creating:

                                  client
                                     |
                                     |
Proxy Apache 2.0 https://test.oracle.com
                                    /                        \
                                  /                           \
                        IIS                              OSSO Server oastest.oracle.com
              test.oracle.com
                osso_plugin
                       |
                Protected
                     App

Get an internal server error trying to access the virtual location protected on the IIS Server.

Steps To Reproduce:
SSO/DAS works fine thru Apache 2.0 proxy server. User can login thru:

https://test.oracle.com/pls/orasso
https://test.oracle.com/oiddas

But user gets "Internal Server error" trying:

https://test.oracle.com/test/index.html

where /test location is a virtual directory defined in IIS.
