Goal

Give the steps necessary to setup the MSSQL Server 2000 Database, JDeveloper Design Time configuration, and BPEL/ESB Runtime server configuration needed to use the MSSQL Server 2000 Database with Database Adapters.  JDBC database drivers will be used.
