When running on Windows, the following error occurs:

2008-09-17 21:36:04.978 Oracle Coherence GE 3.3.1/389 <D5> (thread=PacketPublisher, member=1): Attempt to refresh sockets: [UnicastUdpSocket{State=STATE_CLOSED, address:port=}, MulticastUdpSocket{State=STATE_CLOSED, address:port=, InterfaceAddress=, TimeToLive=4}, TcpSocketAccepter{State=STATE_CLOSED, address:port=}] caused by UnicastUdpSocket{State=STATE_CLOSED, address:port=}; exception Cannot assign requested address: Cannot bind
