To enable the "secure" flag being set for the mod_osso OHS cookie of a Oracle AS Single Sign-On (OSSO) partner midtier that is configured for HTTPS.
This setup applies to any configuration where the secure flag should be set for the OHS cookie, which is strongly recommended to ensure that the cookie is only returned to sites using SSL.
