Is it possible to exclude Accounts from being mapped with Active Directory? (Doc ID 738533.1)

Goal

In some installations, there are a large number of accounts within the Content Server and instead of managing the accounts by adding users to the appropriate groups, is it possible to exclude roles or accounts from being mapped over to the users? 

For example, the user will have access too all accounts except for the ones that they belong to in Active Directory?
