OC4J 10.1.3.x - Error "ld.so.1: java: fatal: libexpat.so.0: open failed: No such file or directory" When Attempting To Access EM

Symptoms

Unable to access the Enterprise Manager(EM) Console of a freshly installed Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.x on Solaris 64 bit OS.

The following error messages appear in the logs when users try to access the EM Console:
