OID 10g Bulkdelete Operation is Slow (Doc ID 740130.1)

Symptoms

1. Attempting to migrate OID data from one instance to another critical instance.

2. Run bulkdelete and bulkload commands.

3. There are many records (about 1 000 000 of records) to delete and reload.

4. The Bulkdelete steps are running very slow and as per the current pace it will take about 9-10 days to complete the bulkdelete.
