Symptoms
Insert using JDBC in a table with compound trigger that uses PL/SQL collection generates this error in the alert logfile of the database:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kkxtexe()+988] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x448] [PC:0x1B469D4] [Address not mapped to object] []
ORA-21779: duration not active
