Opmnctl @Cluster Status Shows Duplicate Entries in Environments Using NAT (Doc ID 740620.1)

Symptoms

In an Application Server 10.1.3 environment on AIX with several nodes "opmnctl @cluster status" returns the same node twice in some cases. The topology is as follows:

host1 -> subnetA
host2 -> subnetB
host3 -> subnetB

Each node has its own local IP and expose a different IP to the nodes in the other subnet using NAT (Network Address Translation). The nodes have been specified in $ORACLE_HOME/opmn/conf/opmn.xml as an static node list using the local IP for each node, e.g. for host1:
