Goal

The following command has been run on Oracle WebCache to listen on a port/socket < 1024 e.g 80 and 443.

$ORACLE_HOME/webcache/bin/webcache_setuser.sh setroot <oracle-user-id>

Now how do you revert OracleAS 10g Rel 2 WebCache to listen back on it's default port and restore it's original permissions?
