Symptoms
On Windows, executing oidspadi.sh multiple times using cygwin will fail. For example, in the case where it is run once but with incorrect parameters, so it is exited and run again. The following error will be returned:
Then the plugin install will fail.

oidspadi.sh was executed several times for the same plugin install.
