Symptoms
OracleAS Metadata Repository has been installed into an Oracle Server database using Metadata Repository Creation Assistant
The goal is to install the first node of an OracleAS Cluster for Identity Management against the existing Metadata Repository.
The install fails at the configuration assistant stage with the Directory Integration Provisioning Configuration Assistant (DIPCA) failing.
ORACLE_HOME/cfgtoollogs/dipca.log shows the error stack
