After Applying Patch, BPEL Internal Tables are Not Updated

This problem can occur on any platform.


After applying the patch set, the BPEL internal tables like WORK_ITEM, CUBE_SCOPE etc are not getting populated during the run time. In version it was getting populated.

No Errors in the logs.
