This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
After applying the 10.1.3.3 patch set, the BPEL internal tables like WORK_ITEM, CUBE_SCOPE etc are not getting populated during the run time. In 10.1.3.1 version it was getting populated.
No Errors in the logs.

Upgrade to 10.1.3.3
