WebDAV Errors when Using the SecurityFilter Component: "Failure to modify user credentials. Could not find the parameter 'IdcService'" (Doc ID 744528.1)

Symptoms

You have the SecurityFilter component enabled.  With this component enabled, users are unable to access existing content, check in new content, or create folders through WebDAV.  The Content Server server output shows the following error:



If you disable the SecurityFilter component, users can once again access the Content Server through WebDAV with no problems.
