Cannot Map Active Directory Accounts to Oracle Accounts (Doc ID 744534.1)

Symptoms

AD groups are not mapping to Oracle Accounts.  However, AD groups map to Oracle Roles.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Filter.hda has:
AcctPrefix=OU=personalfolders,OU=accounts,OU=ucm[1]
RolePrefix=OU=ucm[1]
