Purpose

Oracle Tuxedo Support Patterns is a repeatable troubleshooting methodology that reduces the time spent diagnosing problems to get to the root cause and the correct fix. The idea came out of the best thinking from our most talented technical team and outstanding problem-solvers. As a result, Oracle has developed a library of Support Patterns to resolve the most common problems, system behaviors, and issues. Check back often as we add more Support Patterns for Tuxedo technology.
