Web Cache Crashes with "12100: Exhausted process memory. Exiting process" Error In Event_log

Symptoms

While increasing the number of concurrent users connected to Web Cache and with the same amount of maximum cache memory size set, the following alerts can be experienced during rush hours in Web Cache event_log, and Web Cache crashes:
