How to set up Data Server connections to Actian PSQL (formerly known as Pervasive PSQL) in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Topology Manager?

Note PSQL is only certified from ODI 11.1.1.9.0 onwards. Refer to Document 424527.1 for details, and the versions of PSQL that are certified for use with ODI.
