Symptoms

- Forms are started successfully

logon('user_name@connect_string', 'password');

While executing this call, the form fails with FRM-92101

- Checking the generated frmweb_dump_xxxx:

ERROR: Abnormal termination, Error Code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION
..
Last Builtin: LOGON - (Successfully Completed)

Notice that the last builtin that is called is Logon.

- Checking the Java console:

oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException:Forms session <43> aborted:unable to communicate with runtime process.
