Popup Calendar Component Does Not Display the Calendar (Doc ID 747667.1)

Symptoms

The "PopUp Calendar" component was installed, and the little calendar icons appear as expected on the various pages of Content Server v7.5; however, when you click on the calendar icon, the calendar fails to appear.  There is no error given.
