Archiver Throws "No Such File Or Directory" with Auto Replication

Symptoms
When attempting to have Archiver do automatic replication between two Content Servers, the following error is seen within the Archive log files:
Automation failure. Export error for archive '<ArchiveName>' in collection 'idmc1': Unable to create export record for content item with id xxxxx.
intradoc.common.ServiceException: /stellent/weblayout/groups/documents/xxxxxx~37.hcsp (No such file or directory)
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /stellent/weblayout/groups/documents/xxxxxx~37.hcsp.hcsp (No such file or directory)
